IMS Referral Incentive Program
- If you have seen a current IMS job posting; either on a job board, via e-mail, on our website, or even word-of-mouth, and know of a suitable and qualified candidate for the position, please send us their current resume along with a subject line that indicates “Candidate Referral” and references our “Job Order (JO) number” to email@example.com.
i.e. SUBJECT: Candidate Referral – John Smith – JO#1234.
- If the candidate is not already in IMS's database, or if they are, and we've not had contact with them within the last 2 years, your referral is valid for the position you referred them AND any other position they may be suitable for, for a period of six months following your referral.
- Please make sure to clearly indicate your name and contact information when sending the referral.
- You may also have your referral direct apply using the same criteria and indicate you, with your contact information as the referring party.
- In order to qualify for the referral bonus, the candidate must be placed in a position and complete the required guarantee period as defined below. The bonus will be sent to you immediately following the guarantee period.
Referral Incentive Bonuses:
- $500.00 for a contract candidate referral. Bonus is paid after the completion of 500 hours on contract (approx. 3 months).
- $1000.00 for a full-time hire candidate referral. Bonus is paid after client guarantee period is satisfied, defined at time of hire.
